01 - THE problem

What was broken and what they needed.

She runs two businesses: a high-end law firm handling contracts and retainer clients, and a separate membership brand with training courses, a digital contract-template store, an AI tool, and an affiliate program.

Both had grown fast — and both were scattered across six platforms that didn't talk to each other. No single source of truth, manual work holding everything together, and recurring charges for tools she barely used.

The catch: she delivers a premium experience and a highly polished look. Consolidating couldn't cheapen the brand — she wasn't willing to trade her design and UX for an all-in-one.

The solution: I rebuilt both brands on one HighLevel platform using two isolated sub-accounts — keeping her legal clients fully separate from her membership users, preserving her exact design, and moving her store, courses, and live billing into one system without breaking a login.

- the build

Key highlights from the build

01
Two sub-accounts — separate where it mattered, connected where it helped. A law firm and a membership are two different businesses. I treated them that way.
See the logic +Close −

A law firm and a digital membership are fundamentally separate businesses. To keep clean boundaries, each brand got its own isolated HighLevel sub-account so legal clients and course members never mix.

Because they share an owner, one centralized Stripe connection runs underneath both—keeping billing organized without forcing the team to toggle between separate tools.

02
The ShowIt site, rebuilt in HighLevel — without losing the brand. Moving to an all-in-one didn't mean settling for an ugly website.

Most owners assume an all-in-one platform means a downgrade in design. I rebuilt her entire site natively inside HighLevel, preserving her custom design, premium look, and animations.

She kept her exact brand identity and dropped her monthly ShowIt hosting bill.

03
Retainer-aware legal intake — built for clients who come back. A contracts firm lives on repeat business, so the system had to remember them.
See the logic +Close −

A contracts-based firm relies on repeat business. Standard intake pipelines treat every case like a brand-new stranger, but this firm needed to track returning engagements.

I set up custom objects so a single client record holds their entire history, and automated the contract process even when she quotes variable pricing across projects.

04
The membership gates the AI tool — join to get access. The redlining tool is the draw; the membership is the door.

The heart of her program is an AI contract-redlining tool. To use it, members have to join the hub—so authorization had to be airtight.

I moved her course library out of Kajabi, built a new resource center, and wired a workflow that grants tool access the moment someone joins and revokes it the second they cancel.

05
A digital store and a full affiliate program, both end to end. Shopify retired; the store and the growth channel both moved in-house.

Her template storefront sat on a Shopify account she barely used but paid for every month. I rebuilt the store natively to handle digital delivery, automated receipts, and failed-payment follow-ups.

Then I launched an affiliate system that lets her audience promote her products, track referrals, and get paid—without her team running payouts by hand.

Active subscriptions migrated without a single broken login. This is the part that usually breaks. It didn't.

Transferring live, recurring payments through Stripe into a new platform is where most migrations fail—broken billing cycles and generic "re-enter your card" emails that cost customer trust.

I moved every active subscription over cleanly, protecting her recurring revenue without disrupting a single paying user.

- the SHIFT

What changed for the business.

FOR THE ATTORNEY

A back end that matches the front.

Her premium brand is no longer undercut by a stitched-together back end. Both businesses run on one platform that looks and works the way her services do.

FOR THE TEAM

No more stitching by hand.

The VA isn't patch-working onboarding across six tools. Programs run on systems, delivery doesn't depend on memory, and the SOPs spell out the rest.

FOR THE CLIENTS

Seamless — through the move and after.

Members kept their access, subscribers kept their billing, buyers get instant delivery. The migration happened underneath them.

IN HER WORDS

"Qwantel's committment to excellence is unmatched. "

"Hiring Qwantel for my HighLevel setup is by far the best investment I've made this year. She brought both my businesses (law firm and personal brand) over from various platforms and now I have visiblity AND automations saving me and my team so much time.

I didn't realize how much business I was repelling becasue of how manual and unorganized my backend was - even with so-called CRM softwares.

She created SOPs for everything too. SUCH A RELIEF!"
