Book a quick call so we can confirm what's moving. Then you'll get your proposal to sign and pay at the same time. That locks in your spot, and you'll schedule your onboarding call to give me access to your systems.

I transfer behind the scenes

Once I have access to everything, I start your transfer. Your ThriveCart stays live the whole time, and I test every checkout before anything changes.

Go live with your guide

We go live together and walk through it. You get a HighLevel handover guide for your products and how to run them. Training is optional if you want hands-on help.

Before you switch

Will I have to pay for HighLevel every month?

Yes. ThriveCart was a one-time purchase. HighLevel is a monthly subscription, starting at $97 a month, plus small usage fees if you send texts and emails. That one subscription replaces your cart, course platform, email, and booking tools. My fee for the switch is separate and one-time.

Will I have to contact my customers about their subscriptions and payment plans?

No. This is the part most people worry about, and it isn't a concern here. If you use Stripe, your active subscriptions, memberships, and payment plans transfer straight over. You won't have to email your customers or ask anyone to re-enter their card. If you use Square or another processor, we'll work out the best way to move them on your onboarding call.

Will my students lose access to their courses?

No. Your students keep access to everything they paid for. You also get pre-written emails, set up and ready to send, that let your students know about the move ahead of time and walk them through their new login.

Will my sales stop while you're working?

No. ThriveCart stays live until your HighLevel checkouts are tested and ready.

Is there a limit on how many products you'll move?

Not during this offer. If it's in your ThriveCart store, it's included. If your store is especially large, we'll plan your timeline together on your call.

Do I need a HighLevel account first?

Yes, but you don't need to set anything up. If you don't have one yet, start a free 30-day trial here. Once I have access, I handle the rest. No waiting in line for HighLevel support. I'm your person.

How long does the move take?

Most switches are done within one to two weeks of getting access.
