Schedule a 60-minute Online Business Management coaching session where we’ll talk about anything from the OBM role, how to move from VA to OBM, back office organization, pricing direction, transition plans and more.

We’ll meet on Zoom for a focused strategy session. Before the call, you’ll complete a short intake form so I know your background and goals. During the session, we’ll map out your service path, pricing, and systems priorities.
Come prepared to share where you’re at — whether that’s corporate, VA, or freelance. I’ll meet you there and build the roadmap with you.

02. Contract + Payment. You'll sign your contract, pay your first invoice and you'll be onboarded.
03. Onboarding: I'll both send you a questionnaire and instruct you to send me a hold-nothing-back brain dump about what you want to learn, so I can ensure that I'm building your personalized strategy based on the things you actually need support and guidance with.

The Strategy Session is a one-time, 90-minute intensive designed to give you clarity, direction, and a customized roadmap. Mentorship is ongoing, high-touch support over 3 months, where we not only map the plan but also walk through implementing it together with accountability and feedback.
Yes. Many OBMs begin with a Strategy Session to establish clarity, and then choose Mentorship if they want deeper support and accountability as they grow.

If you’d like to continue after your initial mentorship, you’ll have the option to renew for an additional term so you can keep the momentum going.
