We'll meet for your strategy intensive on Google Meet to discuss the struggles you face, you goals, and the best way to make them work for your business.
You'll be able to share your screen to show me anything you need guidance on. I'll also share my screen to give you training, examples of how systems work, or make on-the-spot systems adjustments for you if applicable.

Once our intensive call is complete, I'll send you the link to your recording and you'll receive 7 business days of support so you can implement and practice what we covered together on your strategy call intensive.

I serve my OBM clients on a day-to-day basis and their support is ongoing. They receive direct access to me with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly support on helping them grow their business and teams. My operations advisory services are for clients who need me on a quarterly basis for mainly strategy and implementation or tech support. When separating the two, for OBM clients, I'm their right-hand woman, for Operations Advisory clients I'm their go-to strategy and systems and tech person.
Sort of, the major difference is that you will a reliable go-to resource for strategy and implementation support (without the group setting). Your package is on a quarterly basis with an option to add additional implementation services when needed.
If I'm not at capacity with my current OBM retainers, I'll be happy to change your support services to a retainer option. It's always easy to transition client's I"ve been working with to a retainer package. All OBM retainers require an initial 6 month commitment.
